There are several definitions of burnout. In principle, this means that one has lost his motivation for both his work and activities in his personal life and does not have the energy to deal with this situation himself. Along with the loss of energy and the meaning of its functioning, there are also health problems.
It is always better to work with prevention than to deal with the consequences. For prevention, virtual reality can be used as part of corporate programs (health days, etc.), where participants can experience a state of relaxation and its impact on their psyche and body within a few minutes by choosing from a wide range of applications. They can quickly acquire the tools for meditation or mindfulness.
When prevention is no longer possible and one is in the process of burnout or has already experienced it, virtual reality in conjunction with coaching serves as a great tool for finding a way out of the situation.
